i received a warm welcome from the staff, which i appreciated. the room i got had a garden view and it was quiet. the room was clean and newly decorated, nice. the bathroom seemed new with an excellent shower.

The tea and coffee supplies in the room were limited. This meant i needed to ask for more at reception.

The staff was always polite and well-dressed. i had a lovely time at breakfast. the breakfast included good options. we also had a quiet room away from the road. the provided mug and decent biscuits seemed like a nice touch. I really liked that detail.

the windows were about 10 feet above floor level in my room! i couldn't open them easily. it was very inconvenient.

The hotel had a very british feel, i thought it was nice and clean. the staff were super friendly and helpful . i found the location better than expected. It was a short walk to the city center. parking was available, definitely convenient.

the cooked breakfast could be better (i felt a bit disappointed). i was only offered one small cup of coffee, i would expect a teapot at the table.
